The Train

In Lumiere's short film "Arrival of a train" the brothers set out to film an everyday situation, of a train coming into the station. Spectators came for miles to see the short film, but when the train headed towards them on the screen, audiences panicked, screaming to get to safety. It was something they had seen quiet often but it was shown to them in a way they couldn't comprehend. It's a great life lesson really, things aren't always as they seem, the train wont hurt us, and if we look at things in a different way, we can enjoy them fully.

This weekend our car is in the shop. It was moody when Amber tried to start it the other day, and finally we had it towed to a shop. It's not a good time for this to happen, but it stressed Amber a bit more because her job is ending next week too. It takes effort to look at things like the film, and know that things may not always be how they seem, and really we are okay, and life is on track.
